Guess what?! You're not the only one. I found out in my 30's that I had ADHD and it started to open some doors for me. I began studying and learning about how and why my brain functions the way it does. I also began learning tips and tricks to help me focus when I need to and stay on top of things like finances & keeping my life in order.
